Elements of Competition & Eligibility Requirements
Age as of July 1st: Contestants must meet the age requirements for their respective division as of July 1st of the competition year.
Areas of overall competition:
Photogenic - 10% (photo must be emailed to the office NO later than June 15th)
Fashion Wear - 10%
Formal Wear- 10%
Optional Contests- This is not mandatory just another way to be eligible for additional awards. Fee applies
Participation in optional contests is not required and does not affect eligibility for the main competition unless otherwise stated. 1-5 points per optional event.

Denim Wear- 60 seconds
A fun and age-appropriate denim-themed outfit showcasing style and personality.
Talent- 2 minutes limit
Contestants may perform a talent of their choice within the allotted time. All performances must be age-appropriate and approved by pageant staff.
State Wear - 60 seconds
Contestants may represent a U.S. state of their choice through themed attire or costume.
Pink Wear- seconds
A pink-themed outfit of the contestant’s choice, styled appropriately for the age division.
Ad Sales- $200 per page
Participants may sell advertisements for the official pageant program. Recognition and awards may be given based on ad sales participation.

Terms & Conditions, Agreements, and Policies
Acknowledgement and Agreement
Participation in the Miss American Nation Princess Division is optional and carries no ongoing obligations or year-of-service requirements. Princess titleholders and participants are not required to attend future events, appearances, or activities beyond the competition weekend. However, we hope that they represent their title:)
Princess contestants may enter the Miss American Nation Princess Pageant year after year until age 8, provided they meet the age eligibility requirements for the division at the time of application.
All parents and legal guardians are required to follow all pageant guidelines and rules established for children competing in the ages 0–7 division.
This includes age-appropriate attire, presentation, conduct, and behavior at all times during the pageant weekend.
All fees submitted, including deposits, entry fees, and optional contest fees, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Judging decisions are final and must be respected. Parents, guardians, contestants, and supporters are strictly prohibited from approaching or communicating with the judges at any time before, during, or after the competition.
Princess contestants and their families may remain for the duration of the pageant weekend, including additional events and finals, at their discretion. Attendance beyond the Princess competition day is optional and not required.
By submitting an application, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges understanding and acceptance of all terms, policies, and guidelines outlined for the Miss American Nation Princess Division.
Application Process & Fees
The Princess Division competes on one designated day only. This division does not include finalist crowns or finalist sashes.
National Entry Fee (after March 2): $395
Early Bird Entry Fee (on or before March 1): $295
A non-refundable deposit of $150 or full payment is required to begin the application process. Payment plans are available, allowing monthly payments of $25–$50 until the balance is paid in full.
All fees must be paid in full by June 1.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Hair & Makeup Policy
Makeup is not permitted for children competing in this age division. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure age-appropriate presentation.
Prizes & Awards
Baby, Petite, & Princess winners will be awarded a Beautiful National Crown, National Sash, Trophy, Gifts, and the 0-7 (1 Queen of Queen will win a $500 Cash award with 20+ participants. Less than 20 a lower cash award will be given)

Competition Day & Crowning
The Princess Division (ages 0–7) will compete on Saturday. Crowning will take place immediately following the competition.
After crowning, winners may choose to leave or remain to attend the annual dinner or make their first official appearance at the Sunday Miss & Ms Culture Galaxy and Miss American Nation finals. Attendance is optional.
Judging & Complaints
All judging decisions are final and must be respected by all participants, parents, guardians, and supporters.
Any concerns or questions regarding the competition must be addressed directly with the CEO of Miss American Nation Pageants on-site before departing the event venue. Complaints or concerns submitted after the conclusion of the event will not be reviewed or addressed.
Re-Compete Rules
Baby, Petite, and Princess titleholders and participants may re-compete in the same age division the following year or advance to the next age division if age eligibility requirements are met.
Liability Waiver
By participating in the Miss American Nation Pageants, contestants and their supporters acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the competition and related activities. Miss American Nation Pageants, its directors, staff, volunteers, venues, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during participation.
Minors (Under 18 Years of Age)
For all contestants under the age of 18:
A parent or legal guardian is required to sign all applications, waivers, and official paperwork.
All communication with the Miss American Nation Pageant office must be conducted by the parent or legal guardian on behalf of the minor contestant.
AMENDMENTS AND FINAL AGREEMENT
The Miss American Nation reserves the right to amend rules, schedules, policies, and formats as necessary.
