Acknowledgment of Understanding and Agreement
All applications whether signed in person or electronically serves as a legal binding contract for participation.
Participants, parent/guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the obligations, rules, awards, and commitments outlined herein.
Country Acceptance and Title Selection Guidelines
We are excited to welcome you to our international competition!
Please carefully review the following information regarding country title requests and associated fees.
Title Selection
Participants may request any available country title when joining the pageant.
Titles are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants who pay the full entry fee will receive priority in title selection.
Fee Requirements
To compete and be officially awarded a country title, the full international competition fee must be paid.
No one will be allowed to particapte with a balance.

Travel and Accommodation
Candidates and their supporters are responsible for arranging travel to and from the host city/state.
Candidate arriving before the competition is responsible for any hotel overnight stay booking outside the room block.
The international pageant is tentatively scheduled for the 2nd weekend in July of each year.
The location and dates may change.
Candidates Responsibilities- Interpreters
Candidates are responsible for securing their own interpreters.
Pageant is not responsible for this service.
Professional Conduct
Candidates are expected to maintain respect, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
Good sportsmanship is required from candidates and their supporters.
Misconduct may result in disqualification without refund.
Social Media Usage
Candidates authorize the use of their photos, videos, and testimonials for pageant promotions.
Social media posts must align with the values and mission of Miss & Ms. Culture Galaxy.

Free admission to the sister pageant and more!
Candidates understand there must be 10 competing candidates in the age division to receive the FULL $600 cash award.
Candidates understants, If a division has less than 10 competing candidates. A smaller cash prize will be awarded.
Invitation to the queens weekend in New York, custom gift, fun day in Manhattan (family responsible for their own rooms/meals)
Opportuntiy to be featured on the Billboard in Times quare.
NEW announcement for 2026: $2,000 WITH OVERALL 40 COMPETING CANDIDATES
With over 40 competing candidates, the pageant will present one Overall QUEEN OF QUEENS TITLE, accompanied by a $2,000 cash award after the completion of their reign.
This prestigious award will be granted to the single candidate who achieves the highest combined score across the following judged categories:
Interview
Costume/Cultural Wear
Swim/Athletic Wear
Formal Wear
Eligibility: Only 1 overall participant in the Teen through Elite divisions are eligible for this award.

​Titleholder Responsibilities
Titleholder Commitment
Winners are required to fulfill the full duration of their reign. This includes:
Attending official pageant-related events if available
Actively promoting the pageant and its values
Being present to crown their successors at the end of their reign
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in the forfeiture of all titles, prizes, and any awarded cash or gifts.
TAX COMPLIANCE:
In accordance with IRS regulations, any prizes or awards with a total value exceeding $600 are considered taxable income.
Recipients will be issued a Form 1099 for tax reporting purposes.
Pageant Rules and Policies:
Behavior Standards
Bullying, inappropriate behavior, and poor sportsmanship are strictly prohibited.
Complaints must be addressed to the CEO during the event; post-event grievances will not be considered.
Onstage and Dressing Room Rules
Photography is prohibited in dressing rooms and immediately after the crowning onstage. Violations may result in disqualification.
Judging Decisions
Judges’ decisions are final and must be respected by all participants and their supporters.
International Titleholder Obligations​
As a crowned representative of the Culture Galaxy Brand, you’ll step into a role that brings visibility, pride, and responsibility. All titleholders are expected to uphold the following:
Monthly Appearances
Minimum of two appearances per month
Must be documented via social media posts or email updates
Titleholders are responsible for any travel expenses incurred outside their home state
Participation in out-of-state events is encouraged but not mandatory
Liability Waiver
By participating, candidates assume all risks and release Miss & Ms. Culture Galaxy Pageants and their affiliates from liability for injuries, losses, or damages occurring during competition or related events.
RECOMPETE RULES:
Past winners may compete again in the same age division as long as they take a year break (meaning crown the new queen then compete the following year)
Or move up to another division.
Website Precedence
The official pageant website supersedes any other documentation, including handbooks and announcements.
