Accepting appointed queens for all states - contestants may represent any available state in the USA!
Register and pay your fees early to lock in the state of your choice. In the event that payment of the required deposit is not submitted with the application, your application will not be accepted and the registration for that title will remain open.
Once FEE is paid in FULL, your crown and sash will be ordered sent to you within 4-6 weeks

Competition Division (Age as of August 1, of the pageant year)
STEP 1- Fill out & sign form
STEP 2- Attach photo
STEP 3- Deposit or Full entry fee must be submitted with application.
